Minimum Entry Requirement
Minimum Entry Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree (Level 6/MQF) in accounting or related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 as accepted by the Senate; OR
A Bachelor's Degree (Level 6/MQF) in accounting or a related field not meeting a CGPA of 2.75 but above a CGPA of 2.50 can be accepted, subject to the TAR UMT rigorous internal assessment; OR
Relevant professional accounting qualifications equivalent to a Bachelor's degree (Level 6/MQF) as accepted by the Senate; OR
Other qualification equivalent to a Bachelor's degree (Level 6/MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 as accepted by the Senate; OR
A Bachelor's Degree (Level 6/MQF) in accounting or a related field below a CGPA of 2.50 can be accepted, subject to a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the relevant field.
English Language Requirements
1) Malaysian Students
MUET Band 4.0 or IELTS Band 5.5 or CEFR Low B2 or TOEFL iBT 46 or equivalent; OR
Exemption of English Language requirement if the medium of instruction during Bachelor studies was in English
2) International Students
IELTS Band 5.5 or CEFR Low B2 or TOEFL iBT 46 or equivalent
