Programme Overview:
The objectives of the programme are to:
1) Produce graduates with theoretical and practical knowledge in management who are able to use scientific methods and analytical skills to critically research, analyse, and evaluate viable solutions for management issues.
2) Produce graduates with essential practical, interpersonal, and communication skills, which are required to effectively carry out research projects on management areas.
3) Produce graduates who possess digital and numeracy skills and strategic leadership skills to lead research projects on strategic management issues.
4) Produce graduates with personal and entrepreneurial skills, strong professionalism and ethical values that motivates them to pursue lifelong learning and conduct research, to provide objective and unbiased research outcomes.

Minimum Entry Requirement
Minimum Entry Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 as accepted by the HEP Senate; OR
A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and not meeting a CGPA of 2.75 can be accepted, subject to rigorous internal assessment; OR
A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting CGPA of 2.50 can be accepted, subject to a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience and rigorous internal assessment; OR
A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 as accepted by the HEP Senate, subject to having relevant working experience and rigorous internal assessment; OR
A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting 2.5 as accepted by the HEP Senate, subject to a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience and rigorous internal assessment; OR
A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 as accepted by the HEP Senate and without relevant working experience, subject to passing pre-requisite courses; OR
Other qualifications equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) recognised by the Malaysian Government
English Language Requirements
1) Malaysian Students
MUET Band 4.0 OR IELTS Band 6.0; OR CEFR Mid B2 or TOEFL iBT 60 or equivalent; OR
Exemption of English Language requirement if the medium of instruction during Bachelor studies was in English
2) International Students
IELTS Band 6.0; OR CEFR Mid B2, TOEFL iBT 60 or equivalent; OR
Exemption of English Language requirement if the medium of instruction during Bachelor studies was in English
