Assoc. Prof. Sr Ts. Dr Cheng harnesses complex urban and real estate data to support evidence-based decision-making in urban planning, property development, and asset management. His data-driven research reveals how infrastructure, environmental risks, and market dynamics influence property value, ultimately contributing to the development of smarter cities and enhanced long-term urban resilience.
