Programme Overview:
The Master of Business Administration programme offered by TAR UMT aims to produce graduates with the requisite set of business knowledge and practical skills set for a successful career in managerial positions in any industry. It is also to produce graduates with the behavioural competencies to contribute effectively to managing the diverse needs of organisations at all times.
Successful MBA graduates will be exempted from 13 out of 16 papers from the CIMA examination, through CIMA FLP programme.

Minimum Entry Requirement
Minimum Entry Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 as accepted by the HEP Senate; OR
A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting CGPA of 2.50 can be accepted, subject to a rigorous internal assessment; OR
A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 as accepted by the HEP Senate and with relevant working experience, subject to a rigorous internal assessment; OR
A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 as accepted by the HEP Senate and without relevant working experience, subject to passing pre-requisite courses; OR
Other equivalent/related qualifications to a Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) recognised by the Malaysian Government.
English Language Requirements (Single Award)
1) Malaysian Students
MUET Band 4.0 or IELTS Band 6.0 or CEFR Mid B2 or TOEFL iBT 60 or equivalent; OR
Exemption of English Language requirement if the medium of instruction during Bachelor studies was in English
2) International Students
IELTS Band 6.0 or CEFR Mid B2, TOEFL iBT 60 or equivalent; OR
Exemption of English Language requirement if the medium of instruction during Bachelor studies was in English
